The cuisine of Hotel Boè features:
- In the morning: rich breakfast buffet with homemade cakes, savoury specialities, typical breads, and other delicacies
- In the evening: dinner is served in our restaurant and in our traditional “stuben”, we prepare new menus with varied courses every day, buffet with crispy salad and seasonal vegetables, cheeses, and desserts
- Special evenings: welcome aperitif, typical Ladin dinner
- Wine list with wide assortment of regional, national, and international fine wines
- ChristmasEve gala dinner and New Year’s Eve dinner (Christmas Eve dinner with fixed menu, Christmas afternoon with hot drinks, Christmas cakes and a visit from Santa Claus)
- Bar with conservatory and terrace with a view for pleasant aperitifs and small lunches for a fee (from 7:30 a.m. to 12 a.m.)
- The restaurant is open for lunch (additional charge applies), including to external guests.
