Our chef prepares traditional Ladin specialties as well as Mediterranean delights and wellness didshes. We particularly recommend you try the various dishes with polenta and game, as well as the traditional Ladin delicacies, such as cajinci. The absolute highlight for all our guests is the Kaiserschmarrn, one of Austria’s most famous desserts, which is also delicious as an afternoon snack.
Our restaurant in Arabba is located right next to the snowy slopes of Piz Boè – perfect for those who want to take a quick break from skiing, recharge their batteries, and enjoy the warm delicacies of our hotel on the slopes of the Dolomites. Alternatively, you can also order gourmet burgers and snacks from our menu, as well as the typical “Marende” with smoked ham and cheese, but also soups and salads.
