Reservation
A booking is guaranteed by payment of a deposit equal to 25% of the total amount of your stay. The deposit is to be transferred to the following account:

If we do not receive the deposit or the copy of the bank transfer made by the indicated date, the room will be automatically canceled.
With the payment of the holding deposit, the general terms and conditions, and in particular, the terms of cancellation are considered to be understood and legally wholly accepted.
General cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- For reservations cancelled up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival, nothing will be charged.
- In winter for cancellations from 30 to 11 days prior to arrival, we will keep the deposit as cancellation fee, while 80% of the booked arrangement will be charged for cancellations from 10 days prior to arrival.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
These conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms will be completely or partially resold again. In order to avoid cancellation fees, we suggest to take out a travel insurance.
Communication according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005).
COVID-19
As the state of emergency ended on March 31st in Italy, there are no special cancellation conditions. Only our general conditions of cancellation apply.
External guest
Our swimming pool and our saunas are reserved exclusively for our house guests. Therefore, access is not allowed to people who are not living in our Sport and Nature Hotel Boé.
Restaurant
Only for the lunch is it possible also for external guests to eat, in our a la carte restaurant.
Meals not taken
No amount will be deducted for meals not consumed.
Room service
For this service we require € 5.00.
Valuables
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of clients’ valuables. In each room you will find a safe, which can be locked with personal code.
Animals
We are sorry but for allergy-reasons pets are not allowed. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Parking area
The hotel offers several free outdoor parking spaces in front of the hotel.
Payment of the bill and payment methods
Your account can be settled between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m. We accept cash (up to 1.999,99 €), Visa, Euro/MasterCard and traveller’s cheques.
Arrival and departure
The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel

The opening times of our wellness center: Pool: 7.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m. | Wellness & Sauna: 3.30 p.m. – 7.00 p.m.| Fitness: 7.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m.
Ski pass & Summer Card
The daily or weekly ski pass or the Summer Card can be purchased at the valley station of the Cherz ski lift (200 metres from the Hotel Boè).

After making the payment, a code will be generated and sent to the hotel. We will collect your ski pass from the point of sale and give it to you at the hotel upon arrival.
