Our wellness area in Arabba: Mountain Oasis

To ensure maximum comfort and relax for everyone in our wellness centre in Arabba, but above all out of respect for all users, we ask you to observe a few simple rules. To allow everyone to relax, we ask guests under the age of 14 to leave the pool at 6 p.m.

General rules

• Guests under the age of 14 are only allowed in the pool area and must be accompanied by an adult.
• Access to the spa area (nudist area) is reserved for guests over the age of 16.
• The wellness centre is an area dedicated to relax and rest; guests are asked to speak quietly.
• Before using the sauna/steam rooms and the swimming pool, it is mandatory to take a shower.
• To access the wellness centre, guests have to wear a bathrobe, slippers and sauna towel provided by the hotel. Bathrobes and towels will be collected from your room by the housekeeping staff on the evening before your departure. If they are not returned, you will be charged of €40.00.
• Smoking, bringing in food, drinks, animals and glass objects is prohibited.
• The use of mobile phones, radios, computers and other electronic devices is not allowed.
• Access is prohibited to people with skin, infectious or contagious diseases or with wounds that have not completely healed, as well as to people with bandages or plasters.
• The management is not responsible for damage, theft or loss of money, valuables or personal items.
• The management of our wellness centre is not liable in any way for any accidents, injuries or other incidents that may occur to guests as a result of their own behaviour
• In the event of a violation, the management or staff reserves the right to expel offenders without refund and, if necessary, to prohibit them from entering in the future
• For anything not covered by these regulations, the instructions given by the staff shall apply. The management declines all responsibility for the consequences of non-compliance with these regulations and/or the recommendations of the staff
• In the relaxa area, it is not permitted to reserve sun loungers with towels or bathrobes
• The use of any type of personal hygiene product (scrubs, depilatory creams, masks, etc.) and the use of soap in saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs and swimming pools is strictly forbidden.

Pool area

• Children under the age of 14 may access the pool area when accompanied by an adult. Adults accompanying children will be held responsible for their behaviour.
• Before entering the pool, it is mandatory to take a full shower.
• It is forbidden to dive from the edges of the pools, run on the entire surface, push other guests into the water, or engage in violent games or actions that could cause damage to people or property.
• The use of masks, fins, hand paddles and inflatable objects is prohibited.
• Children under the age of 4 must wear a special swim nappy to enter the pool.
• Do not swim on a full stomach; wait about two hours after eating.

Spa area

• Children under the age of 16 are not allowed.
• The spa area is a nudist area. It is forbidden to wear swimsuits or any other clothing.
• Leave your slippers outside the sauna/steam rooms and showers.
• For obvious hygiene reasons, it is compulsory to use the special sauna towel to sit or lie on the wooden benches in the Finnish sauna.
• For correct use of the equipment, please ask the staff for instructions.
• The use of saunas and steam baths is not recommended for people with precarious health conditions .

Swimming pool: from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Spa: from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
